This busy and growing supplier to the construction industry is looking for a senior warehouse team member, who has worked in the logistics side of a busy warehouse. Working to the demands of the business and installer needs, you will be assessing each job to ensure consistent service, loading stock essential to jobs with urgency, and assisting in the warehouse.
Responsibilities of this role will include:
- Entering purchase orders into system
- Following up all paperwork and completed installer forms for each job
- Assessing each job for consistency of service and any ongoing issues with stock delivery and return
- Delivering goods through the Sydney as required
- Picking & packing orders
- Unloading trucks and putting away in warehouse
- Liaising with site supervisors, clients and builders to ensure consistent customer service is provided
- Lifting up to 25kg
- Other duties including warehouse and operational duties as required
The successful candidate will have:
- “Can do” attitude essential
- Driver’s licence and experience driving manual vehicles essential
- Forklift licence – preferred
- Sound computer skills
- Must be physically fit to perform manual lifting
- Good attention to detail
- Comply safe working practices.
- Well presented with a professional, confident, and friendly image.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
