An established and prestigious company based in the Hills District are seeking a Senior Customer Service Officer to join their professional team.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Dealing with inbound customer enquiries
- Processing detailed customer orders
- Manage installations and service issues
- Dealing with Warranty and Service enquiries
- Troubleshooting basic technical enquiries
- Freight and transport liaison as required
- Preparing training material for contractors and external parties
- Working closely with customers and resellers
- General administration/customer service duties
To be considered for this role the following skills and experience are essential:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- High level of computer literacy (Excel, MS Word)
- Ability to learn about a technical product
