Working as part of a small team, your responsibilities within this role will include:
- Work with the Project Marketing Team Leader to prepare the marketing plan and budget for each assigned project.
- Provide research/data/past project outcomes to demonstrate how the plan will achieve the necessary enquiry and lead generation to support sales budgets.
- Ensure marketing plans and campaigns include eDMs, content development, collateral design, lead management and online, that are aligned to the approved strategy and guidelines.
- Track and monitor marketing spend and prepare monthly reconciliations of expenditure against each project’s marketing budget.
- Tracking enquiries generated against marketing plans to assess success/gaps. Develop action plan to address any gaps.
- Obtain and analyse relevant demographic data, housing trends and competitor activity to advise the business on product, design, price and target market.
- Prepare briefing documents and liaise with PR, creative and media agencies (internal and external).
To be considered for this role, the following skills and experience are necessary:
- Experience within a similar role is preferable- 3-5 years desirable
- Experience within construction OR property [commercial] highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Broad marketing exposure
- Tertiary qualifications
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Intermediate-advanced MS Office skills
- High customer service focus
- Experience in/exposure to managing marketing budgets
- Experience is management of key internal and external stakeholders
