Managing Director

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead this organisation into its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and profitability.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee all operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Managing Director or equivalent.
• Strong business acumen and a track record of driving financial performance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on when necessary.
• Qualification in the electrical space [or related] is highly desirable.
• Relevant qualifications in business, management, or a related field.
• Strong experience in sales and commercial roles.
• Proven experience in P&L management and overseeing general business operations.
