Our client, an exciting and fast growing business, is now needing to recruit a dynamic, self-motivated and capable individual to provide a high level of Administrative, financial and ad hoc support to the Founder of the business.

The primary focus of this role is to provide efficient and effective EA support and to be the “right hand” person for this busy businessman.

Additional duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Proactively managing the MD’s diary, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Filter incoming phone calls and emails
  • Inbox management, drafting correspondence
  • Respond to any personal ad hoc requests
  • Ensure all personal accounts are managed and paid through MYOB
  • Froecasting outgoings
  • Assisting with projects that are in the works
  • Working across the sponsorships side of the business- booking in meetings and attending all
  • Prepare and collate reports and documents
  • Organizing site visits and events where required
  • Ensuring teleconference and all telecommunications requirements are fulfilled
  • Develop and implement procedures for streamlined office administration

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Proven experience as an EA, PA or similar roles supporting senior executives
  • Be a motivated, efficient self-starter who can work independently and with experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic and varying work environment
  • Advanced PC literacy would be advantageous (MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Use of MYOB or XERO would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A high level of discretion is required for this role
  • Able to deal responsibly with confidential information
  • Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates initiative and is proactive
