We currently have an excellent opportunity for a smart and enthusiastic candidate to join a busy Technical Solutions company based in Kings Park within customer service and administration.

This role will be reporting to the General Manager, Customer Service Manager as well as assisting the Customer Service team.

Specifically within this position your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking all inbound calls
  • Extensive data entry
  • Assisting customer with technical product information over phone and email
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Having cross-department communication such as marketing, sales and logistics
  • Follow up on invoices
  • Other Customer Service support as required
