The package includes a fully maintained vehicle, an opportunity to earn up to $20k per annum in bonus (after 6-month probation), phone/ laptop, and salary of $80k-$85k + super.

As the BDM/ External Sales Representative, your responsibilities will encompass the management of existing clients as well as achieving growth in securing new business. You will be utilising your highly developed sales and relationship building skills/experience to identify and convert new prospects and deliver outstanding sales results combined with exceptional service.

Additionally, your responsibilities will include, however, not be limited to:

  • Building and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Meeting with existing customers and expanding and strengthening relationships
  • Meeting and exceeding customer expectations and providing outstanding service at all times
  • Consulting with customers to understand their requirements and proposing viable solutions
  • Increasing market share
  • Meeting and exceeding KPI’s and targets
  • Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Database administration
  • Weekly/monthly reporting

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Industry experience in the Aluminium/ Steel industry would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Proven track record of sales success and business development within a broad range of markets
  • Be a “go-getter”
  • Current Driver’s License
  • Outstanding relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Highly motivated and results driven.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and share new ideas/creative solutions.
  • A strong drive for personal achievement and success.
