With a reputation for quality and service, this market leading company based in the Norwest Business Park now has a rare opportunity for a motivated and results driven Account Manager to join their busy team.

 

Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Account management
  • Servicing and developing existing customer base
  • Co-ordinating with internal departments
  • Responding to all phone/email sales enquiries in a timely manner
  • Preparing sales reports
  • Maintaining and expanding customer relationships
  • Successfully meeting and exceeding KPI’s
  • Increase market share
  • Proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to generate sales activity
  • Ensuring customer base are regularly updated with product information and new promotions
  • Identifying new business opportunities and actively following up potential customers

To be successful in this role, a proven track record in a Sales role is essential. You also need to demonstrate tenacity and the ability to succeed within a competitive industry.

This role will require interstate travel roughly every 6 weeks.
