After several years of honing her skills as an Internal Recruiter at BT in the UK, her journey took an exciting turn when she moved to Australia in 2004, leaving behind the charming city of Newcastle in the North of England. Her recruitment career took off with a local agency as a Permanent Recruiter, and thanks to the fantastic support and opportunities there, she was soon elevated to the role of Manager for Permanent Services, a position she proudly held for five years.
In 2010, her passion for connecting top talent with thriving businesses led her to co-found Fusion Careers. Nestled in the vibrant Norwest Business Park in Baulkham Hills, this boutique agency has flourished, becoming a trusted partner for businesses all over the Hills District and Greater Western Sydney. Now in their seventh year, Tracey and her team are thrilled to collaborate with a diverse range of clients, from dynamic SMEs to global giants across various industries.
