Corporate Receptionist

  • Hours: 8.30am 5pm – Mon – Friday
  • Parramatta Area: Parking Onsite

This established and successful organisation is seeking to appoint a professional Corporate Receptionist who will be integral to the company’s success.

First impressions count therefore your exceptional phone manner and warm nature will ensure that this is achieved.

Your responsibilities on a day to day basis will include:-

  • Managing a professional Reception area
  • Directing calls to relevant departments
  • Collection and distribution of mail
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • General Administration including assisting with the preparation of PowerPoint presentations, and providing Admin support to the Customer Service team
  • Ordering Stationary
  • Courier deliveries and bookings

To be successful in this role it is expected that you will have:

  • At least three years’ experience in a similar role
  • Professional presentation
  • A confident and outgoing personality
  • The ability to multi task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
  • Attention to detail
  • A flexible attitude
